A RIGID, PRECISION SPINDLE ENSURES HIGH-QUALITY MACHINING

Supported by ultra-precision P4-class bearings, the spindle provides an exceptionally wide range of machining capabilities and high speeds.
A unique tool release system ensures that tool release force is not transferred to the spindle bearings, extending their service life.
A choice of variable spindle speeds – 12,000, 15,000, 24,000, and 36,000 rpm.
A closed-loop oil-cooled spindle system prevents thermal expansion and ensures the highest machining precision.

CHIP RINSING NOZZLES

Coolant nozzles located on the rear wall of the machining space effectively rinse chips and prevent the formation of chip piles.

CONTROL

A centrally located control panel with a touchscreen ensures user-friendly operation. Various controllers are available – Mitsubishi, Heidenhain, Fanuc, and Siemens.
